Overview
Ryder is currently seeking AZ Shuttle Drivers for evening shifts in London, Ontario. This role offers steady, full-time employment with dedicated shuttle routes between London, Windsor, and Alliston. Drivers operate under a no-touch freight system, primarily drop and hook, allowing for efficient deliveries while returning home each day.
Schedule and Compensation
- Shift times for dispatches are 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, and 8:00pm.
- The position offers a base salary starting at $75,000 annually, with opportunities for additional earnings through extra shifts and overtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhering to all relevant federal and provincial regulations and company standards to ensure safety and compliance.
- Identifying and mitigating safety hazards in day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and logs related to driving and freight.
- Assisting with loading and unloading freight where customer protocols require involvement.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation or at-fault accident (excluding parking) within the previous 12 months.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement.
- Ability to follow both written and oral instructions effectively.
- Capability to interpret and comply with relevant laws, rules, and policies.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
