Role Overview

Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer-facing roles, including retail, sales, or administration.
• A strong customer-first approach with enthusiasm for helping others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
• Comfort with various computer software and systems.
• High attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
• Forklift certification is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Assist customers in locating appropriate products and solutions based on their requirements.
• Prepare and handle quotes, orders, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value or upsell products where suitable.
• Maintain organization and proactive management to keep operations smooth.
