Role Overview
This position offers an opportunity to advance your career in sales and customer service. As the initial contact point for customers, you will manage inquiries, process orders, and collaborate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to provide effective solutions. This hands-on role provides a comprehensive understanding of the business and helps develop valuable professional skills.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including retail, sales, or administration.
- A strong customer-first approach with enthusiasm for helping others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
- Comfort with various computer software and systems.
- High attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Forklift certification is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and commitment to fostering a respectful work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist customers in locating appropriate products and solutions based on their requirements.
- Prepare and handle quotes, orders, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value or upsell products where suitable.
- Maintain organization and proactive management to keep operations smooth.
