Role Overview
A Continental Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking European-inspired dishes with precision and standards of quality. The role involves understanding and following specific recipes as well as ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared ahead of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and interpret various continental recipes accurately.
- Prepare and organize ingredients using mise-en-place techniques.
- Cook specialty items such as grills and pasta dishes maintaining high culinary standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
