Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled commis to join World of Chocolates located in Mysore. The role includes various chocolate and pastry preparation tasks as well as assisting in sales and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chocolate tempering and prepare ganache mixtures.
• Craft panned nuts, pralines, bon bons, and truffles.
• Assist intermittently at the sales counter to support customer service.
• Contribute to large-scale production operations as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Holds a degree in Culinary Arts.
• Possesses at least six months of on-the-job training or a minimum of one year professional experience in pastry or chocolate making.
• Exhibits strong verbal communication skills.
• Conversant in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
