Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled commis to join World of Chocolates located in Mysore. The role includes various chocolate and pastry preparation tasks as well as assisting in sales and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chocolate tempering and prepare ganache mixtures.
- Craft panned nuts, pralines, bon bons, and truffles.
- Assist intermittently at the sales counter to support customer service.
- Contribute to large-scale production operations as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Holds a degree in Culinary Arts.
- Possesses at least six months of on-the-job training or a minimum of one year professional experience in pastry or chocolate making.
- Exhibits strong verbal communication skills.
- Conversant in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
