Job Overview
The Tisch Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to join their team. This role is integral to executing clinical research activities such as data and specimen collection, obtaining informed consent from participants, and maintaining organized study documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect and record research-related data, ensuring all information is entered into the appropriate databases.
- Obtain informed consent from study participants under the direct guidance of Principal Investigators, while educating them about study protocols.
- Support clinical study activities, including answering participant inquiries by phone, screening potential subjects for eligibility, registering participants with sponsoring agencies, and administering lifestyle questionnaires.
- Maintain comprehensive source documents and participant files in alignment with institutional procedures, ensuring data completeness through detailed chart reviews.
- Manage collection, delivery, and shipping of clinical specimens as dictated by study protocols.
- Organize and prepare materials for monitoring visits to ensure compliance.
- Assist in coordinating and managing clinical trial communications with Sponsors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinical research operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a closely related field.
- No prior experience required; however, one year of research experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $58,661 to $73,530 per annum, contingent on factors such as experience and education. Additional compensation in forms such as bonuses and incentives may apply but are not included in this range.
