Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents with impaired independence as directed.
• Document care activities and resident status accurately.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver quality resident care.

Work Schedule and Environment

• Part-time, full-time, and per diem shifts available.
• Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with 12-hour work periods.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Current licensed CNA as per Ohio state regulations.
