Business Development Manager - Textile Industry

About the Role

Magic Linen Private Limited, located in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead growth in the textile and home furnishing sector. This full-time position involves expanding our client base and enhancing business ties within B2B sales.

Key Duties

• Identify and generate new business leads and clients.
• Build and sustain relationships with exporters and corporate customers.
• Utilize platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, trade exhibitions, and other channels to find potential buyers.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and convert leads into sales.
• Create and present quotations, ensuring thorough follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with production and operations for prompt order fulfillment.
• Maintain consistent communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Keep abreast of market developments and competitor strategies.
• Compile sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B sales.
• Background in Textile, Home Furnishing, Export, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation aptitude.
• Proficient with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Results-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
• Having an existing network of buyers, wholesalers, retailers, or exporters will be advantageous.
