About the Role
Magic Linen Private Limited, located in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead growth in the textile and home furnishing sector. This full-time position involves expanding our client base and enhancing business ties within B2B sales.
Key Duties
- Identify and generate new business leads and clients.
- Build and sustain relationships with exporters and corporate customers.
- Utilize platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, trade exhibitions, and other channels to find potential buyers.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and convert leads into sales.
- Create and present quotations, ensuring thorough follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations for prompt order fulfillment.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep abreast of market developments and competitor strategies.
- Compile sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B sales.
- Background in Textile, Home Furnishing, Export, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation aptitude.
- Proficient with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
- Having an existing network of buyers, wholesalers, retailers, or exporters will be advantageous.
