Bankit Technologies is a fintech business that offers prepaid card solutions to its customers.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring new customers, driving sales through field-based outreach, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients. The role also involves tracking performance, reporting progress to management, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track down and meet prospective customers in person to create new business opportunities.
- Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Market and close sales for the company’s products and services through direct field visits.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with current clients.
- Compile sales reports and keep management informed with regular updates.
- Liaise with internal departments to support smooth order handling and delivery.
