About the Role
AcceleratorX is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their on-site team in Bengaluru. This individual will play a vital role in boosting revenue by converting both inbound and outbound inquiries into confirmed enrollments for upskilling initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, impacting revenue, collections, and the overall success of learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert incoming and outgoing leads into paid program enrollments through effective consultative sales methods.
- Conduct comprehensive counselling sessions to assess learner objectives and recommend suitable courses.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to demonstration, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Achieve and maintain high conversion metrics while meeting set revenue goals.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead information and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to enable smooth onboarding experiences for new learners.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to build trust and enhance conversion rates.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of hands-on experience in sales or business development roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.
- Demonstrable success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
- Adept at handling a large volume of leads within a rapid sales cycle environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and disciplined sales process management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically in EdTech sales or marketing educational courses.
- Expertise in consultative or high-value sales transactions.
- Availability for immediate joining.
- Skilled in counselling-led sales techniques.
