Our Auckland office is seeking motivated individuals to join as Business Developers / FX Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities

Business Developers will initiate and foster new business leads by contacting decision-makers across a spectrum of industries. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting customized international payment and foreign exchange solutions. You will negotiate and close deals, directly influencing your commission and career growth. Additionally, collaboration with internal teams ensures seamless onboarding of new customers.

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited for enthusiastic, recent graduates or individuals with some experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles. Prior FX experience is not a necessity, as comprehensive training is provided. Applicants should be fluent in the local language and have strong business-level English, show genuine interest in financial markets and global trade, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ambition to meet sales targets.
