Overview

Rail Delivery Group (RDG) is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with programme and project managers, focusing initially on Digital Ticketing Services. The role involves identifying and defining business analysis components for various projects, aiding in planning and delivering these activities efficiently. You will leverage your business insight, technical know-how, and problem-solving ability to help RDG implement cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
