Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient and driven Business Analyst to become part of our vibrant team. This role serves as a critical link between business objectives and technical solutions, guaranteeing the successful execution of projects. It demands solid knowledge of application development, integration of systems, Agile frameworks, and exceptional skills in analysis and communication.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements.
• Convert business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with architects and developers to verify that requirements are feasible and clearly comprehended.
• Maintain key documentation such as functional specifications, process workflows, data models, and interface descriptions.
• Assist with solution design by ensuring technical choices align with business goals and limitations.
• Support Agile practices including backlog grooming, prioritization, and managing dependencies.
• Participate in testing activities, including reviewing test cases and UAT, validating results, and tracking requirement coverage.
• Identify and handle risks, issues, and dependencies associated with requirements and design.
• Facilitate requirement walkthrough sessions and aid in securing stakeholder agreement and approval.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth understanding of application development processes, system integration, APIs, and data ecosystems.
• Experience operating in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Strong ability to produce detailed documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven collaboration with technical teams such as developers, testers, and solution architects.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation capabilities.
• Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
