Role Overview

As a full-time remote Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for both routine and advanced maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires effective remote collaboration with service teams through digital platforms, playing a key role in guiding, diagnosing, and advising on technical procedures. You'll help resolve mechanical problems, document findings, and ensure company standards and safety regulations are strictly followed. Participation in virtual professional development and continuous service process improvement is also expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret work orders to determine required maintenance and repair activities.
• Guide and support maintenance procedures, including oil changes, fluid checks, and standard servicing.
• Advise service teams on diagnostic approaches and assist in solving complex vehicle issues remotely.
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair records using company service systems.
• Engage in virtual training sessions and contribute to best practice documentation and process improvements.
• Strictly follow safety protocols and organizational guidelines during all tasks.
• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate and deliver quality service remotely.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with suspension systems, oil changes, and routine vehicle services.
• Comfort with modern automotive software, tools, and remote communication platforms.
• Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding safety standards and organizational policies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaborative skills for team-oriented work environments.
• Industry certifications (such as ASE) and experience with diverse vehicle brands are considered advantageous.
