Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers by following up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and the dealership's mobile app.
• Provide hospitality and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Attend to and persuade customers to finalize car sales.
• Handle online advertising management using designated applications.
• Coordinate finance-related processes with banks.
• Contribute to increasing overall sales and customer retention rates.

Requirements and Preferences

• Must be male, aged between 27 and 45 years.
• Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages.
• Experience in any sales domain, preferably in the automobile sector.
• Commitment to dedicated work during office hours to achieve positive outcomes.
• Passion for cars is essential.
• Educational background preferably from ICSE or CBSE boards.

Job Details and Benefits

• Work schedule: 8 hours per day, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including 30 minutes of lunch and 30 minutes of tea break.
• Monthly offs: 4 days.
• Basic salary starts at INR 25,000 with a minimum sales target of 5 cars.
• Earn an incentive of INR 2,000 for each additional car sold, potentially earning INR 4,000 to INR 10,000 for 2-5 extra sales monthly.
• Annual bonus equivalent to one month’s salary.
• Monthly allowance for postpaid phone bills.
• Expected first-year total income package ranges from INR 325,000 to INR 445,000.
