About the Role

IIQAF Group, situated in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a meticulous and analytical Assistant Underwriter to contribute to its expanding insurance division. The chosen candidate will aid in the underwriting process for new policies and renewals by evaluating submissions, assessing potential risks, verifying documentation, drafting reports, and ensuring adherence to both internal underwriting standards and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Previous roles such as Assistant Underwriter, Underwriting Assistant, Insurance Coordinator, Policy Administrator, Risk Analyst, or Insurance Operations Executive preferred.
  • Experience with general, health, life, property, motor, or commercial insurance is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with underwriting principles, policy administration, and risk evaluation.
  • Experience using insurance management and CRM software systems.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
