This full-time, in-office internship spans three months and immediately welcomes candidates passionate about sustainability and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify bulk waste generator prospects across GBA South City Corporation using internal databases.
Create detailed lists of potential clients including apartment associations, gated communities, corporate offices, tech parks, educational institutions, hotels, and commercial properties.
Identify and research key decision-makers such as facility managers, property managers, committee members, sustainability officers, administrators, and procurement professionals.
Keep prospect and contact records precise and updated within the lead management system.
Engage potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits; present the environmental, operational, and social benefits of the services offered.
Arrange introductory meetings, waste audits, and site visits with qualified prospects; accompany sales and operations team members during client interactions.
Analyze current waste management setups, challenges, and expectations to tailor communication and solutions effectively.
Support the sales process through preparation of presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary operational inputs for client solutions.
Maintain persistent follow-ups and accurate logs regarding discussions and next steps, aiding progress through the sales pipeline.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, resident welfare meetings, and sustainability forums relevant to sales efforts.
Conduct competitive market analysis on waste management services including competitor tracking, pricing trends, and customer expectations within Bangalore.
Identify high-potential geographic and customer segments for Total Waste Management offerings.
Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to refine sales strategies, messaging, and product offerings.

Candidate Eligibility

The internship requires full-time in-office attendance for a period of 3 months, starting between July 21 and August 25, 2026.
Candidates must reside in Bangalore.
Educational background should be undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential; proficiency in Kannada is required and knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is advantageous.
Comfortable with cold calling, meeting new organizations, and engaging with prospective clients.
Willingness to travel locally across Bangalore using a personal two-wheeler (fuel allowance provided).
Organized, persistent, and motivated by sales targets.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn prospecting is a plus.
Genuine interest in sustainability, social enterprise, waste management, and circular economy principles.
Exhibits professionalism and cultural sensitivity while interacting with diverse groups.

Compensation and Perks

This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 along with a ₹5,000 monthly fuel allowance. Interns will receive a certificate upon completion and benefit from flexible working hours.
