Job description

Role Overview

Join Lyreco Group as a Washroom Service Technician based in Leeds and the neighboring areas. This full-time, permanent position involves servicing washroom equipment such as feminine hygiene units, nappy waste systems, sharps disposal units, air freshener devices, and vending machines. You will serve as a key representative of the company, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient and timely servicing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the removal and proper disposal of waste generated at customer locations.
  • Verify and ensure all service and delivery paperwork is accurately completed and signed.
  • Conduct daily checks of the vehicle before commencing service visits.
  • Carry out all assigned service schedules, as directed by the Service Support Administrator.
  • Strictly follow health and safety protocols including manual handling guidelines, monitor working hours in accordance with Working Time Directive (WTD) and Driving Time Directive (DTD) regulations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a valid UK driving license is essential.
  • Ability to plan and manage one's own workload independently.
  • Capability to work autonomously under initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and diplomatic approach to customer interactions.
  • Willingness to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
