About the Role

Digital Seeds is actively recruiting for the role of Digital Officer / Digital Relationship Manager to work closely with Axis Bank clients. This full-time position demands a graduate from any academic stream passionate about the banking sector. The role centers on interacting with customers via telephone and digital channels, managing bank accounts, assisting in loan application processes, aiding credit card transactions, and fostering strong, lasting customer relationships within Axis Bank.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through calls and digital mediums.
• Maintain accurate records and manage bank accounts effectively.
• Guide customers through loan application procedures.
• Provide assistance for credit card-related queries and processing.
• Develop durable relationships with banking clients.
• Collaborate closely with Axis Bank clientele to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to banking regulations, compliance protocols, and established processes.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Graduation in any discipline is compulsory.
• Strong enthusiasm to pursue a career in banking operations.
• Fluency in English combined with proficiency in at least one regional language such as Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Entry-level salary offers a take-home pay of ₹16,000 monthly, translating to an annual package of ₹240,000.
• Statutory deductions including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) apply.
• Performance-based incentives can increase earnings up to ₹80,000.

Working Conditions

• Shift hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Weekly off on Sundays and all government-mandated holidays.
