About the Role

State Bank Operations Support Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Floor Coordinators (Grahak Mitras) to work within SBI branches across the Chennai region. This role involves assisting and guiding customers to enhance their banking experience, ensuring smooth service delivery at branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers and visitors inside the branch premises.
• Help customers accurately fill out forms and complete banking transactions.
• Ensure every customer receives attention without delay.
• Encourage and assist customers in transitioning to digital banking platforms such as ATM, ADWM, Internet Banking, YONO app, UPI, etc.
• Support branch staff by relieving their workload.
• Communicate information about SBI's banking products and services to customers.
• Maintain basic operational knowledge of ATM services, internet banking, UPI, and other digital banking channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of any graduate degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in banking or related service sectors; candidates with other experiences may also apply.
• Age between 21 to 30 years.
• Open to all genders.

Additional Information

• This is a non-sales position with no sales targets and absolutely no field work.
• The position is for immediate hiring with multiple vacancies across branches.
• Compensation package: ₹25,000 cost to company (CTC) per month.
