Technical Support Engineer – Printing

Role overview

This opening is for an Arabic-speaking Technical Support Engineer focused on printing systems in Riyadh. The position is centered on on-site support for laser printing equipment, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, preventive upkeep, and customer-facing service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical assistance and routine maintenance for laser printer hardware.
• Investigate equipment and software issues by using manuals, technical references, and diagrams.
• Handle installation work, scheduled preventive servicing, and replacement of worn or faulty parts.
• Coordinate with service managers, raise complex cases when needed, and work toward quick closure of issues.
• Prepare accurate service documentation and communicate with customers in a professional manner.

Requirements

• A BS in Engineering, preferably electronics or a closely related discipline, or a Diploma in Electronics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with up to 1 year plus of practical experience in printing, hardware servicing, or similar work may also apply.
• Working familiarity with printing technologies; laser systems are preferred, while exposure to inkjet or offset is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals as well as circuit and assembly drawings.
• Comfortable using a computer, MS Office, and service reporting applications.
• Only local Saudi candidates will be considered.
• Must be able to join immediately.
