Key Responsibilities

• Perform a blend of office and field survey assignments.
• Prepare scheme plans and manage land transfer surveys.
• Conduct spatial surveys including topographical, as-built, layout setting, LiDAR, and drone-based photogrammetry.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and major project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess relevant tertiary qualifications such as a BSurv or National Diploma in Surveying.
• Have at least three years of industry experience in New Zealand, though candidates with less experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with Landonline is favorable.
• Competence in AutoCAD, Civil3D, or 12D software is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, self-initiative, and a problem-solving approach.
• Able to manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
