About the Role and Company

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a blend of office and field survey assignments.
- Prepare scheme plans and manage land transfer surveys.
- Conduct spatial surveys including topographical, as-built, layout setting, LiDAR, and drone-based photogrammetry.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and major project stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications such as a BSurv or National Diploma in Surveying.
- Have at least three years of industry experience in New Zealand, though candidates with less experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with Landonline is favorable.
- Competence in AutoCAD, Civil3D, or 12D software is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, self-initiative, and a problem-solving approach.
- Able to manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
