About the Role
Cotton On is thrilled to announce the opening of a new flagship MEGA store in Richmond, New Zealand. We are a global fashion and lifestyle retailer dedicated to inspiring creativity, self-expression, and joy in our community. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a dedicated team of product and brand ambassadors within the Richmond store, fostering engagement and passion.
- Empower the Store Management team to prioritize customers, focus on team members, and deliver outstanding results.
- Coach employees to create memorable brand experiences, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping journey throughout the store.
- Recognize team development needs and motivators to enhance wellness, engagement, and performance, preparing future leaders.
- Collaborate with Field Visual Merchandising and Merchandising partners to analyze customer insights and store performance to optimize results and customer experience.
- Effectively manage store scheduling and wage budgets to meet productivity and labor cost targets.
- Champion the Cotton On Group Foundation by guiding the team to contribute positively to global community projects.
