Role Overview
The Shipper-Receiver plays an essential part in maintaining store organization to facilitate efficient and safe order preparation. This role supports store operations critically and helps ensure high-quality service for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely manage the processing of inbound and outbound orders.
- Handle loading and unloading of customer shipments.
- Verify products against purchase and shipping paperwork.
- Systematically sort and store products.
- Troubleshoot any discrepancies such as incorrect products, shipment errors, or document mismatches.
Requirements
- Strong customer service abilities combined with effective communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
- Prior experience or familiarity with the aftermarket automotive parts sector is beneficial.

The Auto Parts Division specializes in the sale, distribution, and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. It boasts Canada’s largest vehicle replacement parts distribution network, featuring brands such as NAPA Auto Parts, Altrom-Autocamping (focused on imported vehicle parts), and CMAX (paint and body supplies specialist). The division offers a versatile range of roles suited to diverse skills and career aspirations.
