Role Overview

The Shipper-Receiver plays an essential part in maintaining store organization to facilitate efficient and safe order preparation. This role supports store operations critically and helps ensure high-quality service for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Precisely manage the processing of inbound and outbound orders.
  • Handle loading and unloading of customer shipments.
  • Verify products against purchase and shipping paperwork.
  • Systematically sort and store products.
  • Troubleshoot any discrepancies such as incorrect products, shipment errors, or document mismatches.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service abilities combined with effective communication skills.
  • Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with the aftermarket automotive parts sector is beneficial.
