Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Technician who will perform routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Kalmar and third-party equipment. The role involves ensuring equipment operates at maximum efficiency while maintaining safety and delivering outstanding customer service through detailed documentation and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems associated with material handling equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing comprehensive reports and expert technical advice.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards to protect self and team members during all activities.
Candidate Profile
- Hold an ITE diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate solid technical skills in maintaining and troubleshooting diverse mechanical and electronic systems.
- Exhibit a proactive, self-motivated approach towards skill development and problem resolution.
- Strong dedication to customer service, combined with collaborative team spirit and effective communication.
