About the Role
We are looking for a capable Installation Technician to join our workforce. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, installing, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining various industrial door systems for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Install multiple types of industrial doors including Overhead Sectional Doors, Roller Shutters, Dock Levellers, and Dock Doors.
- Conduct planned and preventive maintenance to ensure door systems operate efficiently.
- Identify and repair faults promptly and accurately.
- Perform regular inspections and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in the installation, servicing, and repair of industrial doors.
- Strong aptitude in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively and quickly.
- Valid full driving license with a readiness to travel as part of the job.
- A professional, approachable demeanor with a customer-centered approach.
