Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

About the Role

This permanent full-time position based in Cork City offers a starting salary of 29250 with on-target earnings up to 32500. The role starts and ends each day at your home, requiring you to service a range of customers by delivering effective solutions, performing installations, fittings, collections, and exchanges to ensure excellent service quality. Opportunities to identify additional sales prospects and meet company targets are also part of daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and fulfill all customer service requests professionally and appropriately.
• Provide consistent updates and feedback to service management regarding customer requests and related information to meet service expectations.
• Guarantee that all stock and services provided to customers are appropriate and suitable.
• Assist with routing solutions for new customer service needs.
• Comply strictly with company Health and Safety policies.
• Consistently meet or surpass customer expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full Irish/EU Driving License with no more than six penalty points.
• Capability to prioritize and manage workload within deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

• Initiative-driven and a positive can do mindset.
