The company holds ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications and currently employs 72 people. It is focused on expanding both its workforce and HR capabilities.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Officer to enhance our HR operations under the supervision of the HR Manager. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws including the Qiwa platform, General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), and Saudization/Nitaqat requirements. You will oversee hiring processes, employee onboarding, maintenance of accurate records, assist with performance management, support payroll and attendance coordination, and help foster a fair and transparent work environment aligned with Jehan's values.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including job advertisements, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and preparing job offers.
- Manage labor law compliance via Qiwa transactions, social insurance documentation, contract administration, and Saudization/Nitaqat tracking.
- Administer onboarding processes and maintain up-to-date employee records with precise documentation.
- Support performance management activities, KPI monitoring, and generate HR reports.
- Assist payroll processing and manage leave and attendance records in coordination with the accounting department.
- Promote a workplace culture that is equitable and transparent, in line with company principles.
Required Qualifications
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- Minimum four years of professional experience in HR with comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor law and related systems like Qiwa, GOSI, and Nitaqat.
- Proven ability in recruiting for both professional and operational roles.
- Proficient in Arabic with good command of English, and capable of handling confidential information discreetly.
- Resident of Jeddah or willing to relocate there.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in construction, industrial, or manufacturing industries.
- HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or aPHRi and familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
