The Operations Planning and Store Processes team focuses on managing expenses, boosting profits, increasing sales, and improving customer and partner satisfaction via analytical tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytics and programming to extract meaningful insights from large datasets to identify performance drivers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to discover new analyses enhancing understanding of initiatives, customer and partner behavior, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and modeling related to workforce management issues such as wage impacts and staffing levels.
  • Support strategic decision-making by developing precise financial models and providing actionable recommendations to optimize customer/partner acquisition, retention, and operational results.
  • Innovate and apply new analytic methodologies to address complex business challenges.
