Role Overview
Deem Finance is hiring a Sales Officer in Dubai to support personal loan and credit card business growth. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining a strong service experience while following internal policies and UAE regulations.
Sales & Business Development
- Consistently meet and outperform monthly sales goals for personal loans and credit cards.
- Source new business through cold calls, field sales efforts, corporate partnerships, referrals, and professional networking.
- Assess customer profiles and clearly present product features, pricing, and eligibility requirements.
- Work out deal terms within approved policy limits and successfully close value-generating transactions.
- Record day-to-day sales progress and keep pipeline status up to date.
- Recommend and sell other relevant financial products whenever suitable.
Customer Experience
- Deliver courteous, customer-first support across the full sales journey.
- Assist customers with paperwork and KYC-related documentation.
- Submit complete applications quickly and accurately to avoid processing delays.
- Stay connected with customers regarding approvals, disbursement, and card activation.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Work in line with internal compliance standards and credit approval rules.
- Keep records accurate and documentation properly organized.
- Observe UAE Central Bank requirements as well as company policies.
- Practice ethical and responsible selling at all times.
