About the Role
Kanagadhara Credit Management Services (P) Ltd, based in Chennai, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team in the BFSI sector. The company has a strong presence with over 20 years of reputation in financial distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of diverse financial products including Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Cards, and Insurance offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team comprising Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and develop new sourcing channels, connectors, and establish strategic business partnerships.
- Ensure monthly sales and disbursement targets are met consistently.
- Coordinate effectively with banks and NBFCs to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursements.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree required; MBA qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong team management skills.
- Prior experience of 2 to 5 years in retail lending or financial services sales, ideally in BFSI/DSA domain.
- Highly target-driven and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Compensation
Monthly salary range offered is between INR 25000 to INR 100000.
