Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to enhance revenue by promoting and selling Avaya Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Cybersecurity solutions. This role involves identifying new business prospects, managing important client accounts, understanding client technology demands, and delivering comprehensive solution sales tailored to enterprise and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new sales opportunities for Avaya and cybersecurity products.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by leveraging prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Formulate strategic plans for both current and prospective customer accounts.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B technology sales.

  • Documented success in selling Avaya and/or cybersecurity solutions.
