About the Role
Join a leading jewellery retail organization in Karnataka as a Retail Sales Executive. This position offers the opportunity to work in multiple locations within Karnataka, contributing to an engaging and customer-driven retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Assist customers in choosing jewellery aligned with their preferences, occasions, and budget.
- Provide detailed explanations about product quality, craftsmanship, gemstones, and certifications.
- Give styling advice to ensure a tailored and memorable shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Keep jewellery displays and sales floors clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales accurately, including cash/card payments, billing, and issuing receipts.
- Adhere to store security protocols to safeguard products and prevent theft.
- Stay informed about current jewellery trends, new arrivals, and competitor offerings.
- Engage in store promotions, festive campaigns, and sales events to enhance revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational background: Plus Two, Diploma, or Graduation in any field.
- Experience ranging from freshers to 5 years in retail sales, preferably within jewellery retail.
- Proficiency in English and the local language; multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Strong passion and understanding of jewellery and gemstones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Capability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Highly attentive to detail and well-organized.
- Able to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.
