About the Role
PeopleLAKE Group seeks an energetic Recruitment Consultant with 5 to 7 years of industry experience to perform comprehensive 360-degree recruitment responsibilities. This role involves managing both client and candidate relationships, aiming to connect talented professionals with suitable opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and assess potential candidates and clients.
- Address and fulfill client requirements and expectations effectively.
- Develop and sustain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Candidate Profile
- Has 5 to 7 years of proven recruitment experience in a full-cycle recruitment role.
- Demonstrates successful business development and candidate sourcing capabilities.
- Holds a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition.
- Must be either a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident due to non-sponsorship of work permits.
