Position Overview

We are seeking an On-site Recruitment Consultant to join a busy client site located in Wellingborough. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the temporary staffing sector, with a focus on the logistics industry and high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all recruitment phases from candidate attraction through to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments while maintaining a proactive pool of suitable candidates.
• Carry out compliance and reference checks in accordance with company policies.
• Stay informed about local competitors, salary trends, and candidate market activity.
• Provide supply reports as requested to support operational decisions.

Working Hours

This position requires working Sunday to Wednesday, from 12:00 to 22:00. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods is expected.
