Position Overview
Patriot Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Administrator to provide comprehensive support throughout the hiring and new employee integration processes. This full-time, onsite role focuses on streamlining recruiting coordination, onboarding activities, and HR administrative duties to enhance candidate and employee experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the distribution of job postings on both internal networks and external job platforms.
- Manage scheduling of interviews and act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain precise candidate tracking in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Assist with resume evaluation, candidate assessments, and pre-employment screening including background and reference checks.
- Help with preparing offer letters and facilitating hiring logistics.
- Oversee onboarding logistics such as start dates, documentation, system access, and equipment arrangements.
- Prepare and circulate new hire paperwork and onboarding materials.
- Organize orientation sessions and manage onboarding schedules.
- Ensure all employment eligibility, compliance, and policy documents are completed.
- Support site-specific onboarding conditions like additional background checks or medical testing when applicable.
- Maintain employee records and digital personnel files in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Assist in generating HR reports, metrics, and onboarding analytics.
- Help with audit processes, compliance tracking, and documentation management.
- Serve as a resource responding to employee and candidate questions about HR and recruitment procedures.
- Participate in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training content, and process enhancements.

- Accurate and compliant documentation throughout hiring and onboarding phases.
- Effective handling of multiple job requisitions and concurrent onboarding timelines.
- Ongoing improvements in recruitment and HR operational processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or onboarding support roles.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficient with ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Background
- Experience with payroll processes.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment and multi-location operations.
- Participation in HR system deployments or process improvements.
