Patriot Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Administrator to provide comprehensive support throughout the hiring and new employee integration processes.   • Ensure all employment eligibility, compliance, and policy documents are completed.
  • Support site-specific onboarding conditions like additional background checks or medical testing when applicable.
  • Maintain employee records and digital personnel files in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Assist in generating HR reports, metrics, and onboarding analytics.
