As the initial point of contact for prospective hires, you will be instrumental in identifying exceptional talent, sharing the Datadog story, and converting candidates into valued team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job postings, referrals, sourcing outreach, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct thorough screenings to confirm candidates meet job criteria.
• Partner with leadership to develop and optimize interview processes.
• Maintain effective communication and closure with all interviewed candidates.
• Lead compensation negotiations with successful candidates.
• Enhance recruitment effectiveness by training interviewers.
• Utilize the Greenhouse platform to monitor candidate pipelines, maintain data quality, and re-engage past talent pools.
• Ensure every candidate experiences a positive interview process, regardless of the outcome.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, either in-house or within staffing agencies.
• Expertise in sourcing, with an ability to pinpoint where premium talent can be found.
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong skills in promoting the employer value proposition, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintaining urgency throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Adaptable to evolving processes within the hiring landscape.
