Job Location and Employment

This is a full-time position based in our office located in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruiting process from candidate sourcing to extending job offers.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and screen candidates effectively.
• Schedule and manage interview sessions with hiring managers and clients.
• Establish and nurture strong talent pipelines to meet hiring needs.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain precise records of candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing tools.
• Strong ability to source candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate applicants.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple recruitment projects at once.
• Experience with ATS or CRM systems for recruitment is considered a plus.
