Overview
Our client, a prominent quantitative investment firm, is searching for a Systematic Fixed Income Portfolio Analyst to enhance its fixed income and macroeconomic investment efforts. This position allows collaboration with seasoned portfolio managers, quantitative analysts, and technical specialists in a dynamic, data-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quantitative support to portfolio managers and investment teams via analysis, portfolio surveillance, and market research.
- Build and sustain analytical frameworks for portfolio evaluation and risk measurement.
- Examine large datasets to discover patterns, irregularities, and investment opportunities.
- Participate in implementing and improving systematic investment tactics across fixed income sectors.
- Work together with technology and research divisions to enhance automation and reporting workflows.
- Assess portfolio risk exposures and contribute to performance attribution and risk evaluations.
- Prepare reports and analytical summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Engage in ongoing research concerning financial markets, portfolio architecture, and investment methodologies.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Physics, or similar quantitative fields.
- Between 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in portfolio analytics, quantitative research, investment management, risk analysis, or fintech.
- Knowledge of fixed income instruments, macroeconomic research, or systematic investment practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with machine learning, cloud computing, and data engineering tools is a benefit.
