Overview
The Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor role at Al Watania Agriculture Company in Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia requires a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. Qualifications and Training
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Completed training in HACCP Levels, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, and Total Quality Management (TQM).

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff to monitor process parameters and ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Review process control checklists and provide reports to Quality Manager.
- Update and review product specifications based on process changes.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Implement and maintain systems such as ISO 22000, 9001, and BRC.
- Execute and verify HACCP plans, quality manuals, recall programs, traceability drills, and compliance with GMP and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and submit quality reports regularly to Quality Manager.
- Analyze customer and consumer complaints, conduct root cause investigations, and review corrective actions.
- Coordinate QC staff schedules and duties.
- Request purchase of quality-related resources as needed.
- Maintain and enhance product quality through audits and surveillance compliant with system and regulatory standards.
- Support implementation of quality programs and activities alongside the Quality Manager.
- Develop manufacturing processes, specifications, and critical control points for ongoing quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including SFDA, SASO, BALADIA, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams on packing materials artwork and design approval.
- Train teams on food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve zero foreign matter contamination in finished products.
- Reduce customer and consumer complaints by 50% compared to the previous year.
- Ensure 100% product release compliance.
- Maintain zero product recalls.
- Achieve 100% product traceability.
