Project Manager - Modular Fit Out for Data Centre Project in Denmark

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of a significant Data Centre construction project located in Denmark. This leadership position requires a seasoned construction professional with a documented history of managing complex, large-scale projects in data centre, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all phases of the project from initiation to completion, including managing on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to programme schedules, quality benchmarks, and budget controls. Maintaining robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively handling project risks, and guaranteeing compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations will be critical aspects of this role.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least five years of project management experience within the construction sector, with prior involvement in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Mission Critical projects. A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is essential. Strong leadership qualities, commercial insight, client management capabilities, and superior planning, organisational, and communication skills are mandatory.
