Job Overview
Diyos Infotech Private Limited seeks a seasoned Product Implementation Specialist skilled in deploying SaaS-based software solutions and managing comprehensive client engagements. The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder liaison, and product demonstration competencies with a blend of client site visits and internal coordination.
Key Duties
- Deploy SaaS software solutions effectively for diverse clients.
- Conduct insightful product demos, guide onboarding, and train users.
- Engage in client site visits approximately 50% of the time for implementations, requirement analysis, and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, development, and support teams internally.
- Analyze customer business processes to recommend fitting product solutions.
- Deliver timely post-implementation assistance and address client inquiries.
- Build and nurture robust client relationships ensuring project success.
- Manage expectations of various stakeholders, ensuring on-time project deliveries.
- Oversee vendor relations and client support activities proficiently.
- Compile comprehensive implementation documentation and provide project updates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey.
Required Knowledge and Abilities
- Deep understanding of SaaS applications and product deployment.
- Familiarity with HRMS software is advantageous.
- Experience supporting vendors and clients efficiently.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and client interaction capabilities.

Qualifications
- Any undergraduate degree such as B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.Tech., B.E., or equivalent.
- Graduates in arts disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is considered an asset.
Eligibility Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 to 10 or more years of pertinent experience in product implementation, SaaS solutions, client support, or software deployment.
- Residency in Hyderabad is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is obligatory; proficiency in Hindi and Telugu is also required.
- Ownership of a bike or car is necessary for client site visits.
- Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad for meetings and implementations.
Work Schedule
- Split time evenly between client visits (50%) and internal implementation and coordination (50%).
