Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Picker / Packer to manage product selection and packing tasks efficiently within our warehouse located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role demands attention to detail, accuracy in verifying items, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select items from designated storage based on orders or handheld scanning device information.
• Confirm that the quantities, descriptions, and quality of products meet specified requirements prior to packing.
• Securely pack items to ensure they remain undamaged throughout transportation.
• Apply correct labeling on packages and prepare all necessary shipping paperwork.
• Keep precise inventory logs and promptly communicate any mismatches or issues.
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks where permitted.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse environment.
• Comply with organizational policies on health, safety, and quality assurance.
• Support activities such as incoming goods receipt, shelf stocking, and periodic inventory verification when required.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly salary range between 16000 and 21000 INR. Candidates should be prepared for on-site work in Chennai with a focus on operational effectiveness and safety compliance.
