Personal Loan Collection Executive

About the Role

Fintech Cloud Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive Collection Executive for personal loan collections at our Andheri East, Mumbai office. The position involves managing overdue personal loan accounts by reaching out to borrowers and ensuring timely recovery in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue personal loan EMIs.
• Remind borrowers and follow up persistently to ensure on-time payments.
• Negotiate payment schedules and persuade customers to adhere to agreed timelines.
• Accurately log call details, payment commitments, and status updates in the system.
• Collaborate with field collection teams for cases that require escalation.
• Maintain compliance with organizational and legal communication guidelines.
• Meet and exceed allocated collection targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly resolve any issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (12th grade) minimum; graduates are preferable.
• 1 to 2 years experience in personal or unsecured loan collections, preferably in a voice-based role.
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations and experience using CRM or dialer software.
