Key Responsibilities

• Create technical designs and print-ready graphics for product labels, consumer boxes, and other packaging components.
• Utilize packaging dielines and technical specs to prepare production-ready artwork.
• Conduct thorough reviews of packaging artwork, technical data, and final files prior to production submission.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all packaging and label information with specified requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with suppliers on packaging, labeling, printing, finishing, and related production solutions.
• Manage packaging orders by monitoring progress and overseeing production and delivery schedules.
• Work with internal departments to ensure seamless packaging development from initial concept through to final output.
• Support packaging creation and adaptation across product lines including food supplements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Expertise in preparing packaging artwork for print using technical dielines.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital and offset printing processes.
• Strong knowledge of print production and prepress essentials such as bleeds, dielines, overprint, printing plates, and technical layer separation.
• Familiarity with packaging finishing techniques, including UV and spot UV coating, matte/gloss varnishing, lamination, embossing, debossing, and foil stamping.
• Highly detail-oriented and adept in reviewing technical files before production.
• Comfortable coordinating supplier communications and managing multiple packaging projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities to liaise efficiently between diverse stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Compensation

The gross monthly salary range is between 2400 and 3000 EUR.

Location and Work Model

The position offers multiple office locations, including headquarters in Vilnius and hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. The Vilnius office operates a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and one day remote weekly. Work arrangements for other locations vary based on role requirements: onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.
